Let’s Get Lost in Sewing

Preserving the art of sewing while promoting post traumatic growth

The craft of sewing is used as a therapuetic and creative tool. This is used to help individuals heal, grow, and find strength after experiencing traumas. This is much more than just sewing. This is a place to:

  • gain new perspectives on lives

  • develop stronger relationships

  • discover inner strengths and resilience

  • find deeper meanings

  • express new and creative ways
